My history in the mortgage industry spans over 25 years.  Starting as a telemarketer in a large mortgage firm I learned many aspects of the initial customer relationship experience and what it takes to maintain good customer satisfaction.  After a short period as a telemarketer I moved to the loan officer sector where I obtained much of my knowledge of the lending practices and procedures.  The experience led me to eventually become a mortgage broker and manage offices in NY, NJ, PA, FL and others.

During the past 2 years my concentration has been on Customer Relations Management.  While the loan officers, processors, underwriters and other persons associated with a loan transaction do their magic, my purpose is to insure that everyon's efforts connect seemlessly together and end up with the ultimate borrower experience for our clients.

Although I don't originate the loans any more, I'm available to address any and all questions, inquiries, issues and complaints.  Communications is the key for excellent service and I'm ready to accept calls, texts and emails around the clock, as I did for the past 25 years plus.
