Meet Our Staff

Mark Lichtschein - President & CEO

Mark Lichtschein is a practicing attorney, with a Law Degree from Villanova university School of Law, and is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bar Associations.  Mark also obtained his MBA from Drexel University.

Mark has extensive and intensive financial management experience, including financial and estte planning and investment management.  He has founded and established several successful Mortgage companies over the past 15 years

Mark's private legal career has focused on complex real estate contracts, closings, financing and refinancing (commercial and residential), co-op and condominium conversions, general partnerships, limited partnerships, direct management and supervision of complex Chapter 11 partnership reorganizations.

Jay Linz - Administrator

Jay's history in the mortgage industry spans over 25 years.  Starting as a telemarketer in a large mortgage firm where he learned many aspects of the initial customer relationship experience and what it takes to maintain good customer satisfaction.  After a short period as a telemarketer Jay moved to the loan officer sector and obtained much of his knowledge of the lending practices and procedures.  The experience led Jay to eventually become a mortgage broker and manage offices in NY, NJ, PA, FL and others.

During the past 2 years Jay's concentration has been on Customer Relations Management.  While the loan officers, processors, underwriters and other persons associated with a loan transaction do their magic, Jay's purpose is to insure that everyon's efforts connect seemlessly together and end up with the ultimate borrower experience for our clients.

Although Jay Linz does not originate loans any more, he is available to address any and all questions, inquiries, issues and complaints.  Communications is the key for excellent service and he is ready to accept calls, texts and emails around the clock, as he did for the past 25 years plus.
